Redeeming A Voucher:
All bookings placed using a THIRD PARTY voucher will be PROVISIONAL. You will receive an email for the provisional booking to notify you we have received your request. Please allow up to 48 hours for your booking to be processed. Please ensure you have booked your voucher within your expiry date.
You will receive a second email with the status showing as 'Active' once your order has been processed by our booking team and successfully confirmed. Please ensure you have chosen the experience ticket that correlates with your voucher to confirm you have selected the correct workshop. Booking fees are non-refundable and your requested order may be cancelled if your voucher is not valid for the workshop you request to book.
