Terms and Conditions
Tickets for this event must be paid for in advance, upon booking.
In the event of a cancellation from the customer, Balfour Winery is unable to offer refunds however, we are happy to provide an alternative date or if no date can be confirmed a voucher for the value of the experience will be issued and can be redeemed at a later time, for the same experience.
In the event of Balfour Winery cancelling a tour, we will issue a full refund.
If the experience is purchased through a third-party (Travel Zoo, for example) then Balfour winery has no control over refunds or expiry dates for that experience, which will be the responsibility of that third-party.
A tasting measure is approximately 50ml. If there are elements of this experience in which guests cannot or prefer not to participate, for example, a guest is unable to or chooses to abstain from drinking alcohol, no discount will be provided but an alternative soft drink will be offered.
Only food and beverages purchased at Balfour Winery may be consumed on-site. Picnics on the Estate are not allowed under any circumstance.
On all public tastings, children under the age of 16 are not permitted, this includes babies.
Only visitors over 18 years old will be able to taste the alcohol available. Proof of age may be required (passport/driving license/ID Pass Card).
Dogs are not allowed during the tutored tasting. (except guide dogs).
Balfour Winery cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to vehicles or property, howsoever caused, whilst on the premises.
Elements of a Balfour Experience may be held on our upstairs level only accessible via stairs. If you have specific access requirements, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance on 01622 832794.
