This activity takes place on a local body of water which is chosen on the day depending on weather conditions.

What to bring/wear?

We will provide you with a wetsuit, buoyancy aid & helmet. You will need to bring:

• Swimwear
• Towel
• Trainers or wetsuit boots
• Hat & Gloves in colder months
• Packed Lunch & Water
• Hot Flask in colder months
