WHAT?
400m SPRINT RACE!
4 age categories;
10-13 years - male and female
14-17 years - male and female
18-39 years - male and female
40+ years - male and female
Concept;
Round 1 - two athletes randomly drawn, race the course to set a time, time trial style.
Round 2 - two athletes, seeded by time from previous round, race head to head and set a new time.
Semi Finals - top 4 athletes from each age/gender category race head to head.
3rd Place Play Off - second place athletes from the semis go head to head for the last podium position.
Finals - winners of the semis go head to head to find the winner and second place.
