Breathwork & Mindfulness Walk Workshop - 10th June 26
Step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself through our Breathwork & Guided Walk Workshop — a gentle, restorative experience that combines mindful breathing with a guided walk in nature.
Led by Faith Douglas, author of The Nature Remedy, Our Curator and Breathwork practitioner, the session begins with simple, accessible breathwork techniques designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and deepen awareness. We’ll then move into a slow, mindful walk, creating space to notice the landscape, your breath, and the present moment.
