6-Week Chakra Balancing Sound Bath Jouney
Set within the beauty of the Summerhouse and overlooking the private garden, this 6-week sound bath journey offers a gently and immersive exploration of sound, meditation and the chakra system.
Each week, we will gather together at the same time and place, allowing the experience to unfold naturally across the course. Through guided meditation, crystal singing bowls, gongs, Reiki drumming and chimes, each session invites a deeper connection with different aspects of wellbeing, energy and inner awareness.
This is a space to pause, receive, reconnect and journey gently inwards.
Breakdown of each session.
Session 1: Introduction to the 7 Chakra Crystal Singing Bowls.
Our opening session is a gently introduction to the 7 chakra crystal singing bowls and the way they relate to wellbeing, balance and inner harmony. We begin with a guided meditation, before settling into a soothing crystal singing bowl sound bath to open the journey beautifully.
Session 2: Root Chakra.
In this session, we focus on the root chakra, exploring grounding, stability, safety and our connection to the earth. This is an invitation to feel more rooted, supported and anchored in life and purpose. The session includes guided mediation, deeper exploration through Reiki drumming, and a crystal singing bowl and drum sound bath.
Session 3: Sacral and Solar Plexus Chakras.
This session explores the energies of the sacral and solar plexus chakras, inviting connection with sensuality, creativity, confidence, personal power and the light we bring into the world. Through guided meditation, crystal singing bowls and the aura gong, we journey into these vibrant and empowering energies.
Session 4: Heart and Throat Chakras.
here we turn towards the heart and throat chakras, opening into love, compassion and the expression of our authentic voice. This session explores how we connect with ourselves, with others and with the world around us, while also honouring truth, communication and heartfelt expression. Guided meditation is followed by a sound bath with crystal singing bowls, aura gong and love heart gong.
Session 5: Third Eye and Crown Chakras.
Our fifth session focuses on the third eye and corwn chakras, gently exploring intuition, inner knowing, future vision and our connection with the divine. With guided meditation, crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes, this session invites spaciousness, insight and a sense of higher connection.
Session 6: Full Chakra Integration Sound Bath.
In our final session, we bring together all of the instruments and themes explored throughout the course for a complete chakra sound bath journey. This closing experience is designed to weave together the energy, insight and inspiration of the previous weeks, creating a beautiful sense of completion, integration and reflection.
