Terms and Conditions

All tickets are non-refundable except in the unlikely instance that we cancel the whole event, in which instance we would seek to either reschedule or provide a full refund.

In high winds, no gazebos will be permitted. Gazebo pitch tickets will be refunded in these circumstances. Thorp Perrow reserves the right to restrict gazebo use at any time before or during the event for safety. 

Gazebo tickets are limited and can be purchased separately. Gazebo ticket holders can enter from 7.00pm. Please not gazebo tickets are for the pitch space only and you must bring your own gazebo. 

Please bring your own chairs and/or blankets 

Please respect roped-off areas  -  these restrictions are in place for audience and performer safety. 

Dogs are not permitted to this event, except guide dogs. 

In the event of inclement weather, the show will still go ahead.
