Reservation Information
We understand that it is difficult to anticipate the exact time you would require a pickup from the Water Transportation Dock at Logan Airport. So much of the timing is beyond your control! From delayed flights, luggage retrieval headaches, and shuttle bus schedules, it is a wonder anyone survives traveling with their sanity intact!
We strive to be the easy and stress free part of your trip! When making your reservation, factor in at least 30 minutes from your arrival time at the Gate to when you schedule your Water Taxi Pickup. If you end up getting delayed, it is no problem at all! You can adjust your pick up time with us quickly and easily. You can either adjust it through the customer portal (Link provided in your confirmation email, choose the option to Rebook) or you can simply give us a call and one of our friendly staff members can adjust your ticket to a time that will work best for you.
Luggage Storage Tickets
There is no charge to bring luggage aboard our Water Taxis. We will help get you and your belongings safely on and off our vessels. We offer Water Taxi Tickets with a luggage storage option for those customers looking to have us hold their bags for period of time on their day of travel. These bags are stored securely at our Main Dock - Rowes Wharf. This is the only destination for passengers holding these tickets. We will arrange for the luggage pick up time when we store your luggage. This time will either be the time you collect your bags and continue on your adventure without us (one way) or when you collect your bags and reboard the water taxi back to the airport. (This ticket is perfect for passengers with long layovers looking to explore Boston for the day!)
