About This Event

Hosted in our welcoming Cellar Door, this experience takes you on a journey through a curated selection of five wines, showcasing the quality, craftsmanship and character that define England's largest single organic vineyard.

Along the way, our wine specialists will guide you through the fundamentals of wine tasting, helping you identify aromas, flavours and styles while sharing the stories behind the wines and the estate itself.

What you will experience

Your tasting experience begins with an introduction to Silverhand Estate, its rich history and its role in the growing success of English wine.

You will then be guided through a carefully selected range of five wines, learning about:

• The characteristics of still and sparkling wines
• Professional tasting techniques
• How terroir influences wine style
• The winemaking process at Silverhand Estate
• Food pairing recommendations
• The stories behind our best-selling wines

The tasting may include favourites such as Silver Reign sparkling wines alongside other standout wines from the Silverhand portfolio. 

Wine selections may vary throughout the year depending on seasonal availability and new releases.

Throughout the experience, there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and deepen your understanding of wine production and appreciation.
