About This Event
Join us and Dr Mark Spencer for an exciting walk and talk around the woodlands and grasslands within Silverhand Estate.
Discover secrets of the forest floor and grasslands, identify fungi and other plants, and learn about the importance of the relationship between them. You will experience woodland and grassland life first hand and there will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
This two-hour session starts at 10:00 on Saturday, September 19th, finishing at 12:00; please just us in the Silverhand Estate Cellar Door for a flight of our award-winning wine to finish your time with us.
Extra Details
This will be a moderate walk with steep hill climbs at times. Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather and suitable footwear.
Please note, this is not a foraging course.
