Accessibility & Inclusion at Eagle Heights
At Eagle Heights Wildlife Foundation, we're passionate about creating memorable experiences for all our visitors. We warmly welcome everyone and are committed to providing safe, enjoyable access to our wildlife experiences wherever possible.
We understand that each visitor has unique needs, and we're here to help ensure your visit is both safe and rewarding. However, given the nature of working with birds of prey and other wildlife, some experiences may have specific requirements that could affect participation. Any limitations we identify are based exclusively on:
• Participant safety – ensuring everyone can enjoy their experience safely
• Animal welfare – protecting the wellbeing of our resident wildlife
• Environmental factors – accounting for natural terrain, space constraints, and hands-on requirements
How we support you:
• We'll discuss any concerns openly and honestly before you book
• We'll suggest alternative experiences that might be more suitable
• We're always happy to explore creative solutions where possible
Planning your visit: If you or someone in your group has a disability or additional support needs, we'd love to chat before you book. Simply drop us an email at office@eagleheights.co.uk, and we'll work together to ensure you have the best possible experience with us.
Our goal is always to be welcoming and respectful whilst ensuring the safety of our visitors and the welfare of our animals.
