Tickets & general information
We offer single tickets, parent and child tickets and family tickets. Children need to be over the age of five as this experience involves a fair amount of walking and being up close to many large animals.
All children under 16 must be accompanied by a full paying adult who supervises them at all times. Generally families will share an alpaca and/or a goat.
All activities are included but please note we cannot be held responsible if some animals are unavailable on the day. Animal welfare always comes first.
STRICTLY no pushchairs as the ground is uneven and our alpacas are scared of them! Babies under 12 months must be in a front carrier or back carrier, not in arms as the ground is bumpy.
All participants should be able bodied and able to complete a lot of walking on rough, uneven ground with some hills. Mobility aids are unsuitable for the terrain. Wellies and walking boots will be needed if it is wet or muddy.
We do not offer refunds or changes of date. Should we experience very extreme weather, such as torrential rain, the event will be postponed and your tickets transferred to a new date. If you are unable to make that date you will be issued vouchers to the value you have paid to be used on any of our experiences. No refunds will be due. No shows and latecomers will not be entitled to a refund.
We recommend using a laptop/desktop to book in. Your confirmation will be sent to you immediately, look out for an email from Booking Hound. If you don't receive it instantly, please check your junk folder.
Contacting us
We are only contactable by email as we don't have a phone signal in our location. If our website doesn't answer all of your questions please email us on bookings@middleenglandfarm.co.uk.
What should I wear?
Please ensure you have wellies, walking boots or sturdy and waterproof trainers. Flip flops, casual shoes or sandals are unsuitable and not allowed on our walks to keep you safe.
Please remember to wear your old clothes as farms are muddy places and many of our animals are very friendly and may get very close to you, complete with dirt!
Don't forget your waterproofs if it's a damp day.
Parking/finding us
