Booking couldn't be easier. All you need to do is visit the home page of www.eastnorpottery.co.uk and select the REDEEM GIFT VOUCHER button, entering your unique voucher code when prompted. Oh, because we are so brilliant and popular, we strongly recommend booking within 28 days of receiving your voucher. We very much look forward to seeing you soon.

All gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from date of issue.

The recipient may extend their voucher by x3 months on receipt of a 10% handling fee. This can be settled via BACS into Account: 03830985 Sort code: 09-01-50.

In unforeseen circumstances, vouchers can be transferred to a friend or family member.

Under-spend will remain on the voucher and can be redeemed against the cost of a future workshop providing it is undertaken within the expiry date.
