Join us at Balfour Winery and celebrate English wine in the heart of our beautiful estate at our Spring Celebration.

Spend the day soaking up the Bank Holiday sun with exclusive wine talks, showcasing the best of Balfour’s award-winning wines, and explore our estate on our self-guided vineyard tour. Enjoy a glass, (or two!), on the terrace with live music and DJs creating the perfect soundtrack to your afternoon.

Whether you're a seasoned wine lover or just looking for a beautiful way to put a spring in your step, this event is a true highlight of the Balfour calendar, launching the season's festivities in style. Gather your friends, sip award-winning wines, and toast to the season in style.

Terms & Conditions

Join us for a celebration of English Wine; your ticket price includes transfers from Marden Train Station, live music on the terrace and a glass of fizz on arrival.

Our Spring Celebration is a ticketed event, please note these tickets are non-refundable with a £2 booking fee per ticket.

We have limited spaces for our tour and tasting experiences, which once purchased are non-refundable.

The Tutored Tasting is an hour tasting of six Balfour wines with one of our knowledgeable Wine Ambassadors, this will be a combination of our still and sparkling wine.

The Tour and Tasting is a two-hour experience, starting with a guided walk around the vineyard followed by a tasting of six Balfour Wines.

A tasting measure is approximately 50ml.

Only food and beverages purchased at Balfour Winery may be consumed on-site. Any other alcohol found on site will be confiscated. Picnics on the Estate are not allowed under any circumstances.

Children under 18 years old, including babies, are not permitted on Guided Tours or Tastings.

Only visitors over 18 years old will be able to taste the alcohol available. Proof of age may be required (passport/driving license/ID Pass Card).

Dogs are not allowed on tours or to walk the estate (except guide dogs) or in our upstairs restaurant, The Winemakers’ Kitchen.

Balfour Winery cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to vehicles or property, howsoever caused, whilst on the premises.

Elements of a Balfour Experience may be held on our upstairs mezzanine level or in a first floor tasting room only accessible via stairs. If you have specific access requirements, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance on 01622 832794.
