Closer to the date of the workshop, we will contact you with further information so please keep an eye on your email (and spam/junk folders).

Please wear appropriate footwear and outerwear for the seasonal weather conditions. 

This workshop requires movement around the Arboretum. If you have any mobility requirements, please let us know. 

We have a set menu and can cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free diets. Please note, we can not cater for food preferences. 

Please tell us of any allergies to nuts and seeds. 

Dogs are not permitted at this event (except assistance dogs).

All tickets are non-refundable. However, if for any reason we have to cancel the scheduled event, we would seek to either reschedule or provide a full refund. 

Please ensure you give us 72 hours notice of any nut or seed allergies or special dietary requirements.
