Good to Know

In the event of high winds, no gazebos will be permitted. Thorp Perrow retains the right to restrict gazebo use before or during the event in the interests of safety. 

Maximum gazebo size: 3m x 3m 

Unless we have particularly adverse weather conditions, the show will go on! In extreme circumstances, we will update you via the email you provide on the booking. If weather is really poor, keep an eye on your email for updates. We will also update our social media platforms. 

Our tearoom will be serving hot and cold snacks, drinks and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks right up to the end of the interval. 

All alcoholic drinks purchased at the tearoom must be consumed onsite. 

You are welcome to bring your own picnics & drinks. 

You are welcome to bring fold up camping chairs, no tables or umbrellas allowed unless you have a gazebo pitch. 

Dogs are not permitted at this event with the exception of guide dogs. 

Children must be supervised at all times.

Toilets are located at the tearoom. 

Terms & Conditions

All tickets are non-refundable. However, if for any reason we have to cancel the event, we would seek to either reschedule or provide a full refund. 

Please ensure you have read all the sections before agreeing to our terms & conditions. Errors can not be rectified at a later date and refunds will not be considered.
