On the day

• Arrive 10 minutes before your booking and allow 10 minutes to walk from the main car park
• Pre-booked alpaca walk tickets include entry to the Castle Ward estate. Walk-ins may be available on the day, however normal Castle Ward admission charges apply
• Dress appropriately for outdoor conditions
• No dogs on alpaca walks
