About This Event

botanist and natural history expert Dr Mark Spencer for an immersive experience
of fungi, plants and grassland ecosystems on a guided nature walk through
Silverhand Estate, followed by a tasting of award-winning Silverhand wines.
This unique
experience offers a fascinating insight into the hidden world beneath our feet,
exploring the vital role fungi play within natural ecosystems. As you journey
through the estate, you will uncover the connections between fungi, plants, trees
and wildlife while learning how these relationships help shape and sustain the
landscape around us.
The experience
concludes at the Silverhand Estate Cellar Door, where guests can relax and
enjoy a guided flight of three award-winning wines.
What You Will Experience
Beginning in the
estate's woodland and grassland habitats, you will accompany Dr Mark Spencer on a
guided exploration of the natural environment.
Along the way,
you will discover:
