1. Mothers Day Afternoon Tea must be pre-booked, and we can only accept bookings within 48 hours of the event at the discretion of the manager. Please call 01342 327535 to enquire about last minute availability.

2. All allergies and dietary requirements must be emailed to info@kingscoteestate.com to confirm no later than 48 hours ahead of the event.

3. If you would like any changes to the menu above, please let us know up to 7 days before the event, and we will get back in touch to discuss options..

4. Payments must be made in advance and are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.

5. Any disorderly or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated and guests will be asked to leave.

6. By attending our event, you consent to be photographed and/or filmed. These images may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, marketing materials, and publications. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please let us know ahead of the event or inform a member of the team on the day.
