Event Information:
Yoga and wine amongst the vines
Set within the breath-taking vineyards of Balfour Winery’s 400-acre estate, this unique experience blends the tranquillity of nature with the indulgence of fine English wine. Begin your morning with a gentle vinyasa flow yoga class, designed to strengthen and stretch the body while calming the mind through breathwork and relaxation techniques. Suitable for beginners and improvers alike, it’s an opportunity to pause, reset, and move at your own pace beneath the open sky.
Afterwards, return for a guided tasting of three Balfour wines, led by one of our knowledgeable guides.
Flatbreads and sharing platters will be available to order on the day with a 10% discount, and guests are welcome to explore the estate with a self-guided walk.
