Photos

During your visit a photo will be taken that you can purchase as an additional extra.

Photos are available as a printed photo in card folder, snow frame and baubles (subject to availability)

Please note that photos are held on our system until the end of the day of your visit and then deleted therefore

please ensure you are happy with the photograph before you leave that day

Additional Info

All children MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult over 18 years of age at all times during your Grotto experience.

Adults do not need to purchase a ticket. Please note that due to the confined nature of the Grotto a maximum of 4 adults are able to accompany your child.

Santa's Workshop will contain a wide selection of gifts that are unwrapped for your child to be able to make a choice and are suitable for children up to and including the age of 12.

Photos are an optional extra and you are under no obligation to purchase these

GDPR: If you do not want a photo of your child taken, please advise the elf of duty when entering the grotto. All photos are stored in accordance with GDPR and at the end of the day of your visit will be permanently deleted. The photo element is run jointly by ourselves and Image Me. Any data you provide on the following booking forms is used solely for the purpose of running the 2024 grotto bookings and held within the booking system operated by Booking Hound.

Ticket Pricing

Standard = £15

Off Peak = £13 (£2 reduction)

and includes a visit to Santa plus a toy of your child's choice from his toy workshop

Please note: Standard Price tickets are shown, until you select an Off Peak date whereby the price is adjusted automatically to the selected Off Peak pricing.

We also run a Quiet Santa event for those children that prefer a quieter experience

Important Information - please read

In the event that WE need to cancel your booking for any reason such illness of our Santa or snow days, or technical reasons then we will offer the chance to re-book for a different date, or where this is not possible offer you a full refund including the booking fee.

If YOU need to cancel or change your booking this can be done via the link on your booking confirmation that will be sent to you via Email. Changes can be made via the online portal up to 1 day before the event. If you need to make changes after this, please call us on 01536 722635. There is no charge to amend or change your booking however please be aware that the closer we get to December 24th the fewer the options available to change your booking.

SLOT INFORMATION

Please note: Time slots are 20 minute intervals through the day. Your booked time slot is the time in which you join the queue for the grotto Slot timings are to allow us to manage the queue and provide as short a wait time as possible. There will be a maximum of 5 children per twenty minute slot. Children booked together on one booking will be able to enter the grotto together. We try our best to run to time, but occasionally our timings may run a little over, extending slightly your wait time. Should our timings run over we will run in the original running order of slots.
