Please note at certain times of the year our Hawick Mill closes for necessary holiday and maintenance periods. To avoid disappointment, we advise booking in advance. 

To help protect the privacy and confidentiality of our customers, photography is not permitted within the mill. Exceptions may be granted in certain circumstances with prior approval from our team. If you would like to request permission, please contact us at guestexperience@johnstonsofelgin.com.

Our coffee shop is open seven days a week from 09:30am - 16:00pm Mon-Sat and 11:00am - 15:30pm Sunday. Our menu includes delicious meals and home-baked treats that can be enjoyed on our Hawick Mill site. Book a table by emailing at hawickstore@johnstonsofelgin.com or alternatively call us on 01450 360517.

We kindly ask that you arrive at our retail store at least 10 minutes before your experience commences.

Essential Carers

Essential Carers are welcome on site and can enjoy one of our experiences free of charge. Please note: an essential carer ticket is free of charge when purchased with one full priced ticket and proof of carer status is provided.
