Refunds will only be provided for bookings cancelled at least 48 hours before the experience is scheduled to start.

Our Hawick Mill closes for necessary holidays and maintenance periods at certain times of the year. To avoid disappointment, we advise booking in advance. 

Our Hawick retail shop is open 7 days a week from 09:00am - 16.30pm, Monday to Saturday and 11:00am - 16:00pm on Sunday. Here you will find our women's, men's and children's clothing, accessories and our Home Interior collection. 

Please arrive at the retail store at least 10 minutes before your experience starts where your guide will be there to greet you.
