Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before the experience is scheduled to commence. Refunds for cancelled bookings will only be provided if they do not fall within this 48 hour period.

Additional Information

Please note the mill will not be operating over weekends, however, will remain open as part of the experience. 

We kindly ask that you arrive at our retail store at least 10 minutes before your experience commences where your guide will be there to greet you. 

There will be some locations  that are unfortunately loud throughout the mill; ear defenders will be provided to guests upon request. 

Our Elgin retail shop is open 7 days a week from 09:00am - 17:30pm. Here you will find our latest collection of women's and men's clothing and accessories, children's accessories and a range of home interior blankets, throws and fabrics.
