Begin with a meaningful Indigenous bush tucker experience, meeting a local Elder who will share knowledge of native edible plants and traditional food culture — including tastings of damper and fragrant lemon myrtle tea. From there, wander just one easy kilometre through the town centre as your passionate local guide brings Orange’s landmarks, food history and emerging wine scene to life. The morning concludes with a relaxed share-plate lunch at Union Bank, where conversation continues over seasonal local produce (drinks at own expense).
