Balfour Winery will offer a refund on experience tickets bought directly from Balfour Winery when cancelled at least two weeks prior to the experience date. If cancellation is requested within two weeks of the experience Balfour Winery, at their discretion, may offer a transfer to a different date or a credit note to the value paid. If an experience cannot take place due to Government restrictions, then a full refund will be offered. 

The itinerary of the experience may alter depending upon the weather and other factors beyond Balfour Winery’s control.

The Harvest Day experience will include elements outside depending upon weather and conditions. Balfour Winery cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by walking on the uneven or muddy ground. Suitable outdoor clothing and footwear are encouraged.

Ticket price includes mid-morning refreshments of hot beverages and cake, a glass of sparkling wine pre-lunch, a three course meal (self-service hot buffet) and a glass of still wine with lunch. All other beverages can be ordered and paid for on the day.

Only food and beverages purchased at Balfour Winery may be consumed on-site. Picnics on the Estate are not allowed under any circumstance.

Only visitors over 18 years old will be able to taste the alcohol available. Proof of age may be required (passport/driving license/ID Pass Card).

Dogs are not allowed on tours or to walk the estate (except guide dogs).

Balfour Winery cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to vehicles or property, howsoever caused, whilst on the premises.

Elements of a Balfour Experience may be held on our upstairs mezzanine level only accessible via stairs. If you have specific access requirements, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance on 01622 832794.
