Terms and Conditions

Tickets for this event must be paid for in advance. A refund will only be offered if an alternative date cannot be accommodated and if the cancellation occurs at least two weeks prior to the event date. If the event is cancelled due to Government restrictions, a full refund will be offered.

Ticket includes a glass of Balfour Sparkling wine and all the materials and guidance to produce a wreath to take home.

Only food and beverages purchased at Balfour Winery may be consumed on-site. Picnics on the Estate are not allowed under any circumstance. Platters and flatbreads will be available to order on the day.

Only visitors over 18 years old will be able to taste or drink the alcohol available. Proof of age may be required (passport/driving license/ID Pass Card).

Dogs are not allowed on tours or to walk the estate (except guide dogs).

Balfour Winery cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to vehicles or property, howsoever caused, whilst on the premises.

Elements of a Balfour Experience may be held on our upstairs mezzanine level only accessible via stairs. If you have specific access requirements, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance on 01622 832794.
