Take a wintery walk through the Arboretum towards the cosy cabin nestled deep in the woods where the elves will be waiting to welcome you into an enchanted winter woodland. Inside, you'll explore a host of seasonal landscapes and creatures, discover miniature worlds, and peep inside the elves' charming little bedroom before finding Santa in his cosy sitting room, ready for a chat and an extra special photo. If you've been good, there's a little gift waiting for you.

Grotto tickets are priced at £12.50 per child and includes entrance into the Arboretum.

Pre-booking is essential.

Click the green 'Add More' button if you wish to add Arboretum tickets to the booking at the same time. This is found on the summary page after names have been entered.

Ticket information

1: Grotto ticket must be pre-booked for all children you wish to meet Santa. Grotto tickets cannot be purchased on the door.

2: Entrance into the Arboretum is included for children who have a Grotto ticket. All additional family members must purchase Arboretum admission tickets.

3: Season ticket holders will be asked to provide details of their valid, and within-date season ticket(s) at admission. You must bring proof of your season ticket(s) or you will be charged standard admission fees.

4: Please allow a minimum of 15 minutes to walk from the admission area to the Grotto. Any late arrivals have a knock-on effect for subsequent visitors. Your booking is at risk if you arrive late.

5: All tickets are non-refundable.

6: Your standard entrance ticket is valid from 10am so you can spend the whole day here regardless of your Grotto slot time. Don't forget to watch the Bird of Prey displays and visit our tearoom.

7: Please ensure you have read this information before agreeing to the terms & conditions. Booking errors cannot be rectified and all tickets are non-refundable.

Terms and Conditions

1: Tickets are non-refundable and must be produced on arrival.

2: Grotto tickets must be pre-booked for all children who wish to meet Santa.

3: Grotto tickets include admission into the Arboretum for the children only. All additional visitors must purchase standard admission. This can be pre-booked or you can pay on arrival.

4: Please arrive on time, allow plenty of travelling time! Your booking is at risk if you arrive late. No refunds will be given for any late arrivals.

5: Season ticket holders must provide proof of a valid and within-date season ticket(s)

6: Please ensure you check your email (junk/spam) for booking confirmation, this acts as your ticket. Also print off and bring with you the questionnaire attached to the confirmation. Please hand this to the elves / Mrs Claus on arrival.

7: Allow at least 15 minutes to walk from the admission area to the Grotto.
