We will be meeting directly underneath the 3rd Avenue/Central Avenue bridge where it intersects with Main Street (https://maps.app.goo.gl/1ZNWncxUyUt3be2EA).
Things To Remember
1. Arrive at 15 MINUTES BEFORE TIME OF TOUR
2. Wear flat, comfortable shoes
3. Metered Parking is available all along Main Street directly in front of Saint Anthony Main Theatre (115 SE Main St, Minneapolis, MN 55414) or in the Saint Anthony Falls Ramp (212 2nd Ave. S.E. Minneapolis, MN 55414). Take the elevator in the parking ramp to Level “T” (Tunnel) and the tunnel will lead you directly into the St Anthony Main building, where you can exit out the doors and access Main Street, where you will turn right and walk down to be underneath the 3rd Avenue/Central Avenue bridge.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure the highest quality experience, our tours are offered by reservation only. When you reserve a tour, we schedule our highly trained guides and support staff to make your Segway adventure as amazing as possible. For this reason we require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations and rescheduling of tours. If you fail to meet your appointment, we still incur the same expenses and may have turned others away. Therefore, those guests who fail to show for a reservation or cancel without proper notice will be charged the full tour price for the reserved spaces.
Weather Policy
We will run tours in light rain (we provide rain ponchos); the Segway is just as waterproof as any other vehicle. We will not run tours in hazardous storms with thunder and lightning or if there is snow or ice on the ground. Minnesota weather is as unpredictable as any other place, so rest assured, you will not be charged if Mother Nature tells us the tour cannot safely depart. Please call first if you have concerns about the weather. We are constantly monitoring the radar when weather looks threatening, and we will call only if we are certain your tour will not run. Frequently, thunder storms blow over quickly and we are able to depart a few minutes after the scheduled time.
